We count actions, we do not identify people.

When you use this site we record only that an action happened: the campaign, the type of action (for example "email button clicked") and the time. We do not record your name, email address, phone number, IP address or any other personal data, and we do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.

Every email, call and WhatsApp message is sent from your own device, through your own apps. Nothing passes through our servers.

Emails include a blind copy (BCC) to our campaign stats mailbox. That mailbox is used only to count how many emails were sent. Messages are counted automatically and then discarded. We do not keep, read or reuse the sender details. If you would rather not be counted, simply remove the BCC address before you send.

Councillor and head office contact details shown on this site are taken from public sources where they have been published for constituents to use.
